On the 3rd of July Lilian Frank will be hosting a cooking demonstration on behalf of M&C Seafoods at the NEW Woolworths store in South Yarra at 11am.  Come down and get some great cooking tips, product information and a chance to browse through the new store and see some other great specials that will be available.

In recent news there was a program aired on the 7pm report  regarding the Seafood industry and the shortage of fish by 2058.  In Chris's experience he has noticed that there has actually been more variety and species available and the shortage of fish could possibly relate to people using more farmed products as they have become more popular over the years.  These farmed fish include the following species: Atlantic Salmon Fillets, Ocean trout Fillets, Barramundi Fillets, Kingfish (SA) and alsoTuna, which will soon be available as a farmed product.  If you require any further information regarding this issue, please do not hesitate to call Chris at M&C Seafoods on (03) 9416 9311 or via email sales@mcseafoods.com.au.
